Garnier Micellar Water is proof you don't need to spend a lot for effective cleansing. It removes makeup efficiently including waterproof mascara without harsh rubbing. The formula is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin or sting my eyes. I use it morning and night, and one bottle lasts 2-3 months. At under $9, it's incredible value. It doesn't leave any residue or greasy film. My skin feels clean and refreshed after using it. The large bottle size is economical and the cap design prevents spills. While not as gentle as Bioderma for ultra-sensitive skin, it works great for most people. I keep it at my gym for post-workout cleansing. The pink cap version for sensitive skin is my favorite. This has made me a micellar water convert at a price I can afford.
